These artworks are a part of my AP 3D portfolio over sound. Each piece is meant to represent how one can perceive sound visually without any context or actually hearing sound. There will be more to come from this series soon.
Sound sculptures
Abstract acrylic paintings
Inspired by Jean Michel Basquiat, these paintings were meant to work on abstract expression through artwork, the bottom piece being the first attempt; combining aspects of a 3D wire sculpture and collage. The group of three was a Mini series ascending and descending in mood and the last, the very top piece was a final overture of the mini series.
3D printed Ukulele
During the boredom of this time of quarantine, Josiah began to design a Ukulele using Fusion 360, a 3D modeling and rendering software! “It’s super cool to finally be able to make something of my own design usable for once.” -Josiah. Though this is only the beginning of this design, hopefully soon we can complete the build.
